Process:
While working on our client's first e-learning training with Rise 360, I decided to incorporate video content to enhance a specific lesson within the course. As Customer Service Representatives (CSR) jump into more hands-on software training, they had to first learn the basics of our client's portfolio offerings. Due to the high information load of the portfolio lesson, video content was designed using Vyond. Based on the client's previous learning ,

seven (7) product offerings, there were 3 videos created. The grouping of similar product information helped reduce the lesson length and avoid overwhelming CSRs. I wrote a base script and designed a video template to work on for each video. I also created a different character for each video.
Key Takeaways:
I really enjoy the process of video creation, from script writing to audio editing and character design. I managed CSR focus groups before and after design, and received positive feedback. Both internal teams and client were satisfied with the video additions throughout the lesson.
